Web.com Tour member Matt Atkins had never competed in a TOUR event before he Monday-qualified for this week’s The RSM Classic, though, and he wasn’t sure if the courtesy car policy applied to Monday qualifiers. In the midst of a November in his Hyundai Sonata that involves driving to and from Kentucky, however, Atkins figured that his personal automobile could use a little break. So he inquired about a courtesy car Wednesday morning at Sea Island Golf Club, and was to pick it up Wednesday afternoon. “That’s just a nice little bonus for the week,” said Atkins, 24, who resides in Owensboro, Kentucky. “I didn’t know if everybody got one, or if was just for the guys who were already in. “Even though I have my car here, I couldn’t pass up on the opportunity to get the full PGA TOUR ...
