NORTON, Mass. – Despite a victory five months ago, Chesson Hadley admits that 2014 has been a struggle. The PGA Tour rookie captured his maiden win at the Puerto Rico Open in March, but since then he has been mired in a summer-long slump. Hadley has missed 16 of 27 cuts this season, including 10 of his last 12, and came to the Deutsche Bank Championship on the heels of a final-round 78 at The Barclays . Things can turn around in a hurry, though, and Hadley’s name is once again on a leaderboard after he opened with a 5-under 66 at TPC Boston .
