Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, June 23: Highly rated Malaysian amateur Gavin Green ended his campaign at the Worldwide Holdings Selangor Masters with his head held high after finishing equal sixth and earning plaudits for calling a penalty on himself on Sunday. The 19-year-old was in title contention after turning in 34 with an eagle, two birdies and two bogeys at the RM1.2 million (approximately US$400,000) Asian Tour event before calling a ruling when his ball moved on the 11th green at Seri Selangor Golf Club. “On 11, my tee shot was in the bunker and then I hit it out to about 10 feet.
