Daily Wrap-up: Round 2, Transitions Championship

• The only player in the field without a bogey, Dufner enters the third round in search of his first PGA TOUR victory in his 160th career start. He has finished second three times on TOUR, most recently in a playoff with Keegan Bradley at the 2011 PGA Championship. • Prior to this week, Dufner had only broken 70 three times in 14 career rounds at the Copperhead Course with a low round of 68 (R1, 2011). He had never posted back-to-back rounds in the 60s. Dufner had made the cut in three of his previous four appearances at the Transitions Championship with his best finish a T17 in 2009. • In six starts on TOUR entering this week Dufner had made five cuts and finished T8 at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
